TOTALED MOTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sometimes bad things happen to motors.  We are here to help.  There are 3 main components in Neumotors motors – the case and windings are one assembly, the rotor and shaft is another.  Then there are the end caps and bearings.

In situations where both the rotor/shaft and stator/case are damaged it is cheaper and quicker to simply replace the motor with our 40% discount offer.

Rules:

1. Send in damaged motor.

3. Customer may choose any other motor in the same motor series.  If you send in a damaged 1530 you may use the discount on any other motor in the 15 series.

4. Neutronics is not responsible for any shipping issues. We suggest you ship using a service with tracking. Return postage will be included in the invoice.
